Making A Statement.

Where you decide to place your business speaks volumes to clients about who you are, and what you value.

Convenience.

Located in downtown Galesburg. Easy walking distance from the Amtrak Station, receiving four trains a day to/from Chicago. Steps away from restaurants, pubs, coffee, shops and post– the County Courthouse, Knox College Campus, Public Library, YMCA, Parks and more.

Direct Impact

Invest in the revitalization of our local economy, in the urban structure of Downtown and the growth of the communities around us.

Optimized Natural Light and Ventilation.

The original architects were well schooled in the art of passive climate control-  high ceilings, transoms, and huge double-hung windows punctuate the spaces, a design that allows air currents to naturally cool, and individuals to have easy access to fresh air.

Choose Smart.

Our spaces were built using natural materials. Hardwoods, stone, glass, and tile surround you as you work. Zero VOCs and beautiful.

Modern & Individualized Comfort.

Each office space has its own efficient remote controlled heating and cooling system that supplements the comfortable heat of a central boiler.

Old City Hall Historic Landmark Building

Iconic 1st floor offices located in the heart of the city of Galesburg. Designed by architect William E. Wolf, and completed in 1905, Old City Hall’s details are classical. Stone columns, textured brick, and detailed copper create an impressive entry and main facade. Decorative mosaic floor tiles sourced from the famous American Encaustic Tiling Company, and marble wainscot line the halls. 15 and 25-foot-tall pressed tin ceilings with four distinct patterns finish the space overhead. This building was saved from demolition by a passionate group of citizens. We’re so grateful to be part of its renaissance now, as we restore this work in progress.

National Guard Armory Historic Landmark Building

Gorgeous studios and offices available for build-out in the 1915, Illinois National Guard Armory Building. This Historic Landmark’s Drill Hall once seated close to 1,400 people gathering for public events. Adjoining the grand hall, two floors of beautifully planned offices and studios make up the North side of the building. The bright, indirect natural light that pours into the north-facing, 8ft tall windows is perfect for any type of work environment. This building, so important to our community, sat vacant for almost two decades, and has had an uncertain future since the early 2000s. We’re so honored to reinvent the space while maintaining and restoring the structure’s historic fabric for future generations. Be part of this revitalization.

“TD Landmarks are, among other things, experts at restoring historic buildings, both working in the field of preservation for over two decades…I was interested in seeing how their plans might dovetail with our (Many Paths) direction of emphasizing a new path for economic development in Galesburg's downtown, and the neighborhoods. Seems we have a lot in common.

— Bruce Weik, (Many Paths Galesburg)
